Thursday, November 20th: General Membership Meeting
5:30pm-social, 6:00pm-business meeting followed by special lecture
We'll meet in the Fellowship Hall at Moody Memorial Methodist Church.
You can park in the lot off Ave.U, and enter on the south side of the building
through the "Libbie's Place" entrance, (closest to the Sanctuary).

Winnie Fleming will present her "Borders Bonanza" lecture. She will show her techniques for making fabulous pieced borders, and will walk through simple to complicated techniques, including an easy way to figure the math! Be prepared for a visual feast with Winnie's stunning variety of quilts. .

Please also bring your completed Christmas Stockings to benefit the Woman's Crisis Center.

January, 2009: Jan Campbell's Crazy Quilting Workshops are rescheduled for January and February. Details on dates and times coming soon.



Thursday, January 15, 2009: General Membership Meeting
5:30pm-social, 6:00pm-business meeting followed by program.
This will be a two-part program. Members will be asked to bring and show a quilt with special meaning to them. We will also work on small quilts for the Grand Kids' Festival to be held in April. Patterns will be available.



Thursday, February 19, 2009: General Membership Meeting
5:30pm-social, 6:00pm-business meeting followed by our annual auction, postponed due to Hurricane Ike.



Thursday, March 19, 2009: General Membership Meeting
5:30pm-social, 6:00pm-business meeting followed by special lecture
Tom Russell will present a program entitled "Quilt Journey." Tom makes wonderful quilts, and is one of the most entertaining presenters around. You won't want to miss his laugh-fest!
